By accessing, browsing, purchasing or downloading any product from https://www.odiadtp.blogspot.com, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Our Products

OdiaDTP.com primarily sells digital products such as:

  • PSD Files

  • CDR / CorelDRAW Files

  • PMD / PageMaker Files

  • AI / Adobe Illustrator Files

  • Editable DTP Templates

  • Invitation Card Designs

  • Wedding Card Designs

  • Puja Card Designs

All products are delivered electronically. No physical product will normally be shipped unless specifically mentioned on the product page.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, the purchased digital product may be delivered through a download link, order page, email or another electronic delivery method specified by OdiaDTP.com.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and working email address where email delivery is used.

If you do not receive your download link or experience a download problem, please contact us with your order/payment details so that we can verify the purchase and assist you.

3. File Formats & Software Requirements

Before purchasing, customers should carefully check the product description for:

  • File format

  • Software/version requirements

  • Included files

  • Font requirements

  • Paper size

  • Design specifications

  • Compatibility information

For example, a CDR file may require compatible CorelDRAW software, a PSD file may require Adobe Photoshop, a PMD file may require compatible PageMaker software, and an AI file may require compatible Adobe Illustrator software.

OdiaDTP.com is not responsible for compatibility problems caused by unsupported, outdated or different software versions when the required software information was clearly provided on the product page.

4. Product Preview

Product preview images are provided to help customers understand the design before purchasing.

The final downloadable product may contain editable elements, fonts, layers, objects, images or other resources according to the product description.

Customers should review the preview and product description carefully before purchasing.

5. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product from OdiaDTP.com, you receive a license to use the purchased design according to the product's stated usage terms.

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, the purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original design to the customer.

You may generally:

  • Edit the design for your own design/printing work.

  • Customize names, dates, addresses and other editable information.

  • Use the design to create a finished design for your customer.

  • Print the finished design for personal or client work.

6. Prohibited Use

Unless specifically permitted on the individual product page, you may not:

  • Resell the original digital file.

  • Upload the original file to another website.

  • Share the download link publicly.

  • Distribute the original file through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Google Drive or other platforms.

  • Sell the original file as your own digital product.

  • Claim ownership of the original design.

  • Include the original editable file in another downloadable bundle for resale.

  • Share purchased files with other designers, shops or businesses for their independent use.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution or resale of digital products may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual-property rights.

7. Customer/Client Work

If the product license permits commercial use, you may use the purchased design to create a finished product for your customer.

However, the customer should receive the finished output, not the original editable source file, unless the relevant product license expressly allows source-file transfer.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded, copied and accessed electronically, digital purchases are generally non-returnable.

Therefore, once a digital product has been successfully delivered or download access has been provided, refunds, returns or cancellations are generally not available.

However, this does not limit any refund or remedy that may be required under applicable law—for example, where a product is materially different from what was advertised, a purchased file is missing, a file is technically defective, or another legally applicable consumer remedy applies. Indian e-commerce rules require accurate information about return/refund terms and provide protections where goods/services are defective, deficient or materially different from their advertised characteristics.

Download/Technical Problems

If:

  • The download link does not work,

  • The purchased file is corrupted,

  • A listed file is missing,

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The delivered file cannot reasonably be opened despite meeting the stated software requirements,

please contact us.

After verification, we may provide a replacement file, corrected file, renewed download link or another suitable resolution.

9. Wrong Product Purchase

Customers should carefully check the product name, preview, file format, software compatibility and included files before purchasing.

Purchasing the wrong design, selecting the wrong product, changing your mind or finding that a design does not suit your personal preference will generally not qualify for a refund after digital delivery/access.

10. Product Updates & Corrections

OdiaDTP.com may occasionally correct errors, update files or improve products.

Where appropriate, an updated or corrected version may be made available to customers who previously purchased the relevant product.

We do not guarantee that every product will receive future updates.

11. Fonts, Images & Third-Party Resources

Some design files may use fonts, graphics, photographs, icons or other resources.

Where a third-party resource has separate licensing conditions, the customer is responsible for complying with those conditions when applicable.

Customers should not assume that purchasing a design automatically grants ownership or a separate commercial license for every third-party asset contained in that design.

12. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable price at the time of purchase will generally be the price charged for the order.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. OdiaDTP.com does not normally store customers' complete card, UPI or banking credentials on its own servers.

If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully completed, the customer should contact us with the transaction details for verification.

13. Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with the relevant transaction/order information.

After verification, the duplicate-payment issue will be handled according to the applicable payment-provider process and our policies.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:
